Kiwi the Love Bird: Dec. 1994- March 6, 2011

My peach-faced love bird, Kiwi passed away this past Sunday. I have never had a pet longer than I have had Kiwi. Kiwi knew my black lab Mystee. He was around the day we brought our cat Tyler home for the first time and he was there when we adopted our current dog Callie. He and I have been buds for a long time. The kids loved him too and he was very good with them. He would perch on thier shoulders nicely and he never bit them. He would would bite me or Suzanne occasionally but not the kids. He was a good pet and we will miss him.
